Our Staff

Randy Gooder

Senior Pastor

Randy joined the Vineyard staff in 2001. Prior to their move to Indianapolis, Randy and Jane served as missionaries in Europe and the Middle East. They have been connected to the Vineyard movement since 1990 when they moved to Chicago for graduate studies. Randy received his Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL. After first serving as Associate Pastor at our church, Randy became the Senior Pastor in April of 2007. Randy and Jane share a passion to see people encounter God’s love and power. They have three children and live in Fishers.

Barry Tucker

Family Pastor

Barry and Trish both grew up on the west side of Indianapolis. The longing of their hearts is expressed in 1 Thessalonians 2:8, "We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the Gospel of God, but our lives as well because you had become so dear to us." Both Barry and Trish have been involved in pastoral ministry since 1986. They have three grown children and a dog named Charlie Brown.

Jacqueline Furness

Community Pastor

Jacqueline has been connected to the Vineyard movement since 1988. She quickly fell in love with Vineyard’s “everyone gets to play” motto, along with their theology of the Kingdom of God being “here, but not yet.” She has always been drawn to prayer ministry during her time in the church. She started to attend our Vineyard in 1997, where she says she "learned how to love God, His Church, and His people." She is passionate about connecting others together and with God. She is happily married to her husband Tom, with whom she has 4 amazingly gifted children: James, Nancy, Julia, and Eva.

Jessica Miles

Administrative Assistant

Jessica moved to Indianapolis from Cleveland, Ohio in 2005. Shortly thereafter, she began attending the Vineyard with her family. Jessica lives in Fishers with her husband, two sons and adorable dog, Bubba. In July 2008, she came on staff at the Vineyard and has a strong passion to help others.

Robby Hieser

Senior High Director

Hello! I am married to the best woman ever. She does all the behind the scenes stuff in our family’s life. I couldn't do it without her. I also have three strapping young boys: Eli is six, Christian is four, and I don't know how old Asher is (I think he is 2 years old). They are twice as hyper as me so we have our hands full. I also lead a small group for Sr. High guys and coach a youth paintball team. The hardest thing in my life is keeping balance. Long story short, what I want to define me is Christ and Him crucified. I love my totally sweet action family and my friends rock all day long.

Kris Mullin

Junior High Director

Hi my name is Kris. I love fishing, paintballing, and hanging out with my family. My wife Chrissy and I moved to Indianapolis and joined the Vineyard in 2003 after attending ministry school. We have two beautiful little girls, Adyson and Abigail. We are passion to see lives changed thru the word of God, to see our youth empowered to step out in faith and do the works of the Lord. An odd fun fact about me is my wife and I have the same birthday.

Steve Sargent

Church Administrtor

My wife Christy and I have been attending this Vineyard since 1995. I got involved in ministry shortly after we got here and have been involved in one thing or another ever since. Jesus found me in 1971 while He was here for the Jesus Movement I guess. I've been kind of radical about Jesus ever since. I honestly believe that each person has a God-breathed destiny woven into them. And quite often I feel it’s my mission to help people come into agreement with what God put in them. Please let me know if I can help you.

Clay Orander

Interim Lead Worshiper

I am currently student at Anderson University and working on my undergrad in Biblical Studies and Non-Profit Management. I've been leading worship here at the Vineyard for a little over 4 years and was just recently hired as the Interim Lead Worshiper. My time is filled with music, basketball, and hanging out in my dorm at Anderson where I also work as an RA. Most of all, I love seeing people encounter the incredible presence and love of their Creator.
