Randy joined the Vineyard staff in 2001 following 6 years in a family business in Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Randy and Jane served overseas as missionaries in Europe and the Middle East. They have been connected to the Vineyard movement since 1990 when they moved to Chicago for graduate studies upon their return to the US. Randy received his Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL. After serving as Associate Pastor for 5 years, Randy became Senior Pastor in April of 2007. Randy and Jane share a passion to see people know and experience the unfailing love of God. They live in Fishers, Indiana with their three children and yellow Labrador retriever.
